How does the money-back guarantee work?

If you want to return your purchase and get your money back, simply fill out the contact form within 14 days from the purchase date. We will register your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return address. You can send the item back using Omniva parcel lockers, Latvijas Pasts, or any other courier service of your choice, as long as it’s prearranged with us.

Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.

Once we receive the item, we will transfer the purchase amount to the bank account you provide. This 14-day money-back guarantee does not affect your consumer rights as outlined by law.
