Terms of Use

SIA "Burzmart", registration No. 40203535389, Dravnieku iela 1 - 10, Riga, LV-1021, hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store", provides the content and services available on this website in accordance with the following Terms of Use.

1. General Terms

When a consumer purchases goods or services through the website, this transaction is considered a Distance Contract and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, including but not limited to, the Consumer Rights Protection Law and the Regulations on Distance Contracts issued by the Cabinet of Ministers.

2. Making a Purchase

Prices and product details are listed next to each item in the Online Store.

To place an order, add the desired items to your shopping cart, fill in the necessary details, and choose your preferred delivery method. The total cost, including delivery, will then be displayed. Complete your purchase by confirming your payment.

3. Payment Terms

The currency used in the Online Store is euros. You can pay for your order through the payment platform makecommerce.lv, provided by Maksekeskus AS, using the following methods:

  • Latvian online banking: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor, Revolut, and N26;
  • Estonian online banking: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, LHV, Pocopay, Coop Pank, Revolut, and N26;
  • Lithuanian online banking: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Šiaulių bank, Revolut, and N26;
  • Finnish online banking: Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki, Revolut, and N26;
  • Visa and Mastercard payments;
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Note: After completing payment via internet banking, confirm your order and click the "Return to Merchant" button.

Personal data required for the payment process will be transferred to the licensed payment service provider Maksekeskus AS.

The contract is considered effective once payment is successfully processed. If, for any reason, the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be notified and a refund will be issued as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date of notification.

4. Delivery Terms

We deliver to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Italy, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, France, Slovakia, Spain, Hungary, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Belgium, Croatia, Portugal, Slovenia, Greece, Romania, Ireland, Finland, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Luxembourg, Norway, Switzerland and United Kingdom. Products are delivered via Omniva and DPD. The Buyer is responsible for covering all duties and taxes required to receive the shipment in the destination country. Delivery costs will be shown before order confirmation. Products will be delivered to the address provided within 2-5 business days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days, and the customer will be notified.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the item. (Certain products may not have a right of withdrawal, and the reasons for this will be clearly explained.) The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, products must only be used as intended, and the Buyer is responsible for maintaining the product's quality and safety during the return period. If the product is used improperly, damaged, or the packaging is significantly damaged, the Online Store reserves the right to reduce the refund amount to account for the product’s reduced value.

To request a return, fill out the withdrawal form available here: Withdrawal Form and send it to info@burzmart.lv within 14 days of receiving the product. Providing free returns can build customer trust and help increase sales.

The following applies to stores that do not offer free returns: The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was incorrect or damaged.

The Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal form. Once the returned product is received, the Online Store will issue a refund within 14 days.

The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the product is returned or proof of return is provided. If the Buyer chooses a more expensive delivery method than the standard option, the Online Store is not required to refund the extra cost.

The Online Store is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Online Store reserves the right to refuse to sell a product and request its return if the price displayed on the website is significantly lower than the market price due to an error.

6. Consumer Rights for Defective Products

The Online Store is responsible for any defects or issues with products that occur within 6 months of delivery. The Buyer must notify the Seller of any defects as soon as possible, and no later than 2 months after discovery, by contacting the Online Store at info@burzmart.lv.

The Online Store is not responsible for defects that arise after the product has been delivered. If a defect for which the Seller is responsible is found, the Buyer has the right to request a repair or replacement free of charge.

If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller will refund the Buyer all payments made under the Distance Contract. The Seller will respond to the Buyer’s complaint within 15 days.

7. Processing of Buyer’s Personal Data

The Online Store only processes personal data that the Buyer provides when placing an order, such as name, surname, and email address.

Personal data is shared with delivery services to ensure the delivery of goods.

If you have agreed to receive marketing messages, we may contact you with information about services and offers. You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us at info@burzmart.lv.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising between the Buyer and Seller will be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Disputes should first be addressed through negotiations or correspondence. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to the courts of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and Seller may also be submitted to the Consumer Rights Protection Center or the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

The Buyer also has the right to seek resolution through the European Union’s dispute resolution bodies.
