Orders can be placed through our online store: Burzmart.lv.

We do not accept orders via phone or in person.

Before using the Burzmart.lv website and online store, please take the time to read these Ordering Terms carefully.

1. General Terms

1.1. By these Terms, SIA "Burzmart" sells products listed in its online store, Burzmart.lv (referred to as "Online Store"). You, as the buyer, select and purchase products as shown on the Online Store. Ownership of the product transfers to you once full payment has been made and the product has been delivered.

1.2. SIA "Burzmart," registration number 40203535389, with the legal address: Dravnieku Street 1 - 10, Riga, LV-1021, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"), provides content and services on Burzmart.lv according to these Terms.

1.3. By making a purchase in the Online Store, you confirm that you are legally capable and that the information you provide is accurate. If you're representing a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so. You also agree to use the Online Store in accordance with the law. If you violate these Terms or any laws, SIA "Burzmart" reserves the right to cancel your order and/or restrict your access to the Online Store.

1.4. When placing an order in the Online Store, it is considered that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, as well as the distance selling agreement, and you agree to comply with them.

1.5. The distance contract (referred to as "Contract") is made between the Seller and the Buyer when the order is placed and confirmed via the Online Store. The Contract becomes valid when you receive confirmation from the Seller via email or phone. The Contract remains in effect until the order is fulfilled, i.e., the product is delivered. This Contract applies to all orders made in the Online Store.

1.6. We do not store finalized contracts for products and services purchased in the Online Store. You can view the applicable contract before each purchase.

1.7. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without notice by publishing updates in the "Order Terms" section of Burzmart.lv. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the Terms before making a purchase. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.

2. Product Prices

2.1. All prices in the Online Store are in euros. Prices shown are valid at the time of ordering. By confirming your order, you agree to pay the listed price for the product.

2.2. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices at any time without notice and may offer special prices. The final price of the product will be the one displayed at the time of your order. If there is a technical error that causes incorrect pricing, we will notify you and may cancel the order if it cannot be fulfilled promptly.

3. Product Availability

3.1. Products available in the Online Store are sold while supplies last. Products are available for purchase as long as they are listed in the Online Store and in stock.

3.2. If you place an order for a product that is no longer in stock due to technical reasons, we will notify you and, if possible, offer an alternative product. We are not liable for any losses resulting from this situation, and you will be informed of stock issues within 14 calendar days.

3.3. The Seller reserves the right to change the product range and specifications at any time without notice. Product descriptions and images are provided by the manufacturer and may not always represent the product exactly.

4. Placing an Order

4.1. You can place an order in the Online Store at Burzmart.lv. Both registered and unregistered users can order. Use the product search or browse categories to find the items you want. Once you've selected your items, click "Add to Cart," then proceed to "View Cart" and "Checkout."

4.2. You’ll see the product details and price, excluding delivery costs. Click "Confirm Order" and select your preferred payment and delivery options.

4.3. Payments can be made through internet banking or online by credit card.

4.4. In the next step, select your preferred delivery or pickup method.

4.5. The required information will depend on the payment and delivery method you choose. After clicking "Continue," you will see an order summary with the total cost. You can edit the information if needed.

4.6. By clicking "Confirm Order," you agree to buy the selected products and pay the total price, including delivery.

4.9. By placing an order through Burzmart.lv, you agree to pay for the products and services you have selected.

4.11. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms.

4.12. If you provided an email for communication, you will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. It’s your responsibility to check the details and notify us of any errors using the contact details provided. You must clearly identify yourself when requesting changes.

4.13. Once you’ve received your order confirmation, please double-check all the information. If you need to change the delivery address or method after the package has been shipped, extra fees may apply (the fee will depend on the new delivery method).

5. Coupon Use

5.1. Entering a coupon code gives you a discount (either a percentage, a fixed amount, or another specified benefit).

5.2. Discount coupons do not apply to items already on sale.

5.3. Only one coupon can be used per purchase.

5.4. Discount coupons cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.

5.5. Discount coupons are valid only for purchases made and paid for online.

5.6. Selling discount coupons is prohibited.

5.7. Invalid, lost, or damaged coupons (such as those with an unreadable code) will not be reimbursed, nor will their validity be extended.

5.8. The rules and validity period of each coupon campaign are listed on the printed coupon or in digital communication.

5.9. Coupons are valid until the expiration date stated.

6. Product Delivery

6.1. Products will be delivered using the method you select.

6.2. Delivery is made according to the information provided in your order, and the delivery fee is calculated accordingly.

6.3. It is your responsibility to be reachable by the phone number or email provided in your order to coordinate the delivery details.

6.4. Before receiving the product, you must show ID (passport or ID card) and provide the order number or confirmation. Products are only handed over to the person listed in the order. If you cannot provide the order confirmation or ID, the Seller or the delivery service may refuse to deliver the item.

6.5. Upon receiving the product, please check the packaging for any visible damage in the presence of the courier. If any damage is found, you have the right to refuse the delivery and immediately notify the Seller for a replacement.

6.6. The product is handed over with a receipt and/or invoice, which you must sign. Once you receive and sign for the product, the order is considered fulfilled. If you have chosen home delivery, the order is considered complete once the product has been delivered and confirmed by your signature.

6.7. SIA "Burzmart" is not responsible for any losses due to delivery delays. If the delivery is delayed and you no longer want the product, you may cancel the Contract by notifying the Seller. In this case, you are not entitled to any compensation. The standard delivery time is up to 30 calendar days unless otherwise agreed.

7. Product Usage and Quality

7.1. Please read the user manual carefully before using the product and use it only according to the manufacturer's instructions and for the intended purpose.

7.2. Product images in the Online Store are for reference only and may differ in reality. SIA "Burzmart" does not guarantee that the product will meet your specific needs or expectations.

7.3. Any claims regarding product defects will be resolved according to the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

7.4. SIA "Burzmart" is not responsible for any defects caused by improper use, transportation, or storage, as well as normal wear and tear during the product's usage.

8. Responsibilities and Other Terms

8.1. If you are a consumer (a natural person), you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it under the law. If you choose to return the product, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please refer to the "Return Policy" section on Burzmart.lv for details.

8.2. Legal entities do not qualify for consumer rights under the law, and therefore, return rights do not apply to them.

8.3. By registering, placing an order, and using the Online Store, you agree to the processing of your personal data for order fulfillment, including delivery and payment processing. SIA "Burzmart" may transfer your personal data to third parties for payment collection if necessary.

8.4. The Online Store uses cookies. By using the website, you agree to the use of cookies for performance and analytics purposes.

8.5. SIA "Burzmart" is not responsible for any losses or damages due to the unavailability of the website or interruptions in its operation. This does not limit your rights under consumer protection laws. If a product or service becomes unavailable, you may cancel the Contract, and we will refund any payments made.

8.6. The Buyer assumes all risks associated with using the Online Store, including receiving the product. Once the product is delivered, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you.

8.7. The Seller is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond their control, such as strikes, government actions, or internet disruptions.

8.8. By using the Online Store, registering, and/or placing orders, you agree to these Terms. The Seller may update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Online Store signifies your acceptance of any changes.

8.9. The Seller is not responsible if you have not read or only partially read these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
